Ritual & Thresholds
Ritual, breathwork and embodied practices for moments of transition, separation, grief and meaningful change.
Ritualist · Spiritual Advisor
Alignment · Transformation · Growth
A private transformational practice for people moving through life’s thresholds — grief, separation, family or women’s challenges, feeling stuck, or simply sensing that something needs to change.
Smita creates a confidential space to explore what is happening and may draw on ritual, spiritual guidance, hypnotherapy, breathwork, meditation and energy-based practices according to the person and the moment.

For life’s thresholds
The starting point is the person, not a technique. Smita works with people navigating grief, separation, relationships, family and child-related concerns, women’s transitions, repeated patterns, inner blocks and periods of profound personal change.
Some people come with a clear difficulty. Others simply feel disconnected, unsettled or called toward a different way of living. The work is shaped around what is present and what you are ready to explore.
Ways Smita may work
These are not separate identities or promises of a predetermined method. They are practices Smita may draw upon as part of a personalised journey.

Ritual, breathwork and embodied practices for moments of transition, separation, grief and meaningful change.

Energy, aura and chakra work, remote sessions and spiritual home or space cleansing to support balance and alignment.

Hypnotherapy, guided meditation and subconscious work to explore patterns, inner blocks and new possibilities.
Spiritual, energy and hypnotherapy practices are offered for personal wellbeing and reflection and do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

About Smita
Smita’s work has evolved across different chapters of her own life — from a legal background to coaching, hypnotherapy, spiritual and energy-based practices, and a deep engagement with ritual and Indian cultural traditions.
As an Initiatrix, she sees her role as accompanying people through thresholds: moments when an old way of being no longer fits and something new is asking to emerge.
Her practice is private, cross-cultural and intentionally personal. She works in English, French and Hindi with clients in France and internationally.
Client reflection · Home cleansing
“Feeling much better, my mind is clear, lighter. I’m sleeping better, longer without breaks… I feel much better on waking.”
Shared by a client after a spiritual home-cleansing session. Individual experiences vary.
Private sessions
The free discovery call is the recommended first step. Existing bookable sessions remain available below when relevant; Smita can also discuss remote work, home or space cleansing, rituals and group experiences directly.
Separate professional practice
Separately from her spiritual practice, Smita is a sworn English translator/interpreter registered with the Paris Court of Appeal. Her dedicated administration site covers sworn translations, interpreting and related French procedures.

Smita also maintains an independent international visual-art practice. Art sessions may form part of selected private or group experiences, while her artwork itself lives on its dedicated site.
